We, FirstPoint Mobile Guard LTD. (“FirstPoint”, “we”, “our” or “us”) respect the privacy of the users of our Service (defined below).

This privacy policy (“Privacy Policy”) outlines the steps that we are taking to protect users’ privacy, and governs how we use Personal Data (defined below) that we collect, receive and store about individuals in connection with the use ofthe website at www.firstpoint-mg.com (together with its content, the “Site”).

  1. Introduction
    • The term “personal Data” refers to any information or data that identifies an individual or relates to an identifiable individual, or any information or data that may be used, either alone or in combination with other data, to personally identify an individual. For example, personal Data related to you is your name, email address, and phone number.
    • This Privacy Policy explains our practices and the choices you can make about the way your Personal Data is collected and used in connection with the Site.

By using our Site, we may collect and receive the following types of data and Personal Data:

  • ‘Contact Us’ Information– If you send us a “Contact Us” request by submitting an online form on our Site, you will be asked to provide us with your contact information (name, e-mail address and phone number).
  • Log Files– We make use of log files. The data inside the log files includes internet protocol (IP) addresses, type of browser, your device’s type, Internet Service Provider (ISP), date/time stamp, referring/exit pages, clicked pages and any other information your browser send to us. We use such data to analyze trends, administer the Site, track user movement in the Site and gather statistical data.
  • Analytics– We use analytics tools (e.g. Google Analytics) to collect data about the use of the Site. Analytics tools collect data such as on how often users visit the Site, what pages they visit when they do so and what website they directly came from to the Site. We use the data we get from these tools to maintain and improve the Site and our other products.

You are not legally obligated to provide us Personal Data and may do so at your own free will. If you choose not to provide Personal Data, you may still visit parts of the Site which are available to the general public, but you will not be able to access certain options, that require authentication or involve our interaction with you, such as “Contact Us” request.

Personal Data is not provided to any third party except as outlined herein.

  • We ourselves do not host any of the Site. All hosting is done by third-party service providers that we engage. This means that data you provide us or that we collect from you (including any Personal Data) – as further described in this Privacy Policy – is hosted with such third-party service providers on servers that they own or control. Regardless of where such third-party service providers are located, their servers may be located anywhere in the world.
  • We may transfer and/or share your Personal Data with our subsidiaries and affiliated companies, and with third-party service providers for the purpose of storing or processing such data on our behalf. Such transfer and/or sharing may be made to other countries. Such service providers include hosting and server co-location services, communications and content delivery networks (CDNs), data and cyber security services, DDoS prevention services, billing and payment processing services, domain name registrars, fraud detection and prevention services, web analytics, e-mail distribution and monitoring services, session recording and remote access services, performance measurement data optimization and marketing services, content providers, e-mail, voicemails, support and customer relation management systems (CRM), and our legal and financial advisors.
  • We will disclose your Personal Data to comply with any law, regulation, legal process or governmental request requiring us to do so, to enforce our Terms, to detect or address fraud or security issues or to protect against harm to the rights, property or safety of FirstPoint Mobile Guard, our customers, yourself or any other members of the public. We use and share with third parties anonymous Data in order to improve our Site.
  • We may share your contact details with our business partners and affiliates, so they can contact you in order to offer or promote our Service.
  • We may disclose your Personal Data when we believe that disclosure of such data is reasonably necessary or appropriate to: (i) comply with any applicable law, regulation, legal process or public and governmental request; (ii) enforce our Terms, including investigations of potential violations thereof; (iii) detect, prevent, or otherwise address fraud or security issues; or (iv) protect against harm to the rights, property, privacy or safety of FirstPoint or those of any of its affiliates, our customers, yourself or the public. If you contact us for help in resolving an issue specific to a team of which you are a member (and which is managed by your Organization), then given our relationship with your Organization we may share your concern with them.

In the event that we are acquired by or merged with a third-party entity, or in the event of bankruptcy or a comparable event, we reserve the right to transfer or assign Personal Data and any other information you provided us in connection with such events. We use Anonymous Data (as defined below) and disclose it to third-party service providers in order to improve our Site, to perform random tests for additional features and to enhance your user experience. We also disclose Anonymous Data) to third parties, including advertisers and partners. “Anonymous Data” means data which does not enable the identification of an individual user, such as aggregated data about the use of our Site. This Privacy Policy is not intended to place any limits on what we do with data that is aggregated and de-identified, so it is no longer associated with an identifiable person.
