How it all started
Co-founders Professor Dror Fixler and Adam Weinberg recognized a critical gap in cellular security when they founded FirstPoint. They saw that existing solutions were either incomplete or overly complex, addressing specific threats while leaving vulnerabilities that exposed devices and subscribers to risk. Enterprises and MNOs were forced to rely on multiple security solutions, each with their own drawbacks- from slowing down devices to failing to adapt to emerging technologies like IoT and 5G.

With a distinguished 40-year career in the Israeli military and defense sectors, including 20 years in senior management, Dubi brings unmatched leadership and expertise. He served as Director of the Israeli Ministry of Defense Mission to the U.S.,
overseeing foreign procurement and policy execution. Transitioning to the private sector, Dubi was appointed Chief Operations Officer at Juganu in 2021 and joined FirstPoint in 2025.

Dror Fixler Founder & PresidentDror Fixler Founder & President
Prof. Dror Fixler is an interdisciplinary researcher spanning computer science, physics, and engineering, with deep expertise in electro-optics and cellular cybersecurity. His work focuses on developing next-generation technologies for mobile cyber protection, location interrogation, and communication networks. He has authored 150+ peer-reviewed papers, contributed to several book chapters, and holds more than 15 issued patents. His contributions have earned multiple international awards, and he has organized and presented at hundreds of international conferences. He has also served on standardization working groups within 3GPP and the GSMA.

Adam is a seasoned communications solutions innovator. Adam brings extensive executive R&D experience in the fields of communication, cellular communication, intelligence and cyber technologies. A former LTC in an intelligence unit in the Israeli Defense Forces, Adam has held several high-level research and development positions for leading technology companies and enterprises. Adam holds 10 registered patents in those fields.
